1. NEW IN! ABS + BOOTY BOOST VOL 3

Duration:6 weeks
Location:At Home
Workouts per week:4
Youll need:Youll need: yoga mat, dumbbells, kettlebells, ankle weights, resistance bands (both long and short bands), step/chair/sofa
Focus:Focus: Vol 3 is upgraded from Vol 1 and 2. Dont jump into Vol 3 level if you havent trained Vol 1 and 2. On the other hand, once you finish Vol 1 + 2, youll love this level Vol 3 and gain faster. Our main focus is Booty. Youll also be training your abs and upper body. 
Level:advanced medium

Whether you're a beginner or looking to take your fitness to the next level, this plan is tailored to deliver results through progressive, targeted exercises.

Over the next six weeks, you'll focus on activating and strengthening your glutes, core, and lower body while improving overall stability and posture. The combination of dumbbells and resistance bands ensures constant tension on your muscles, maximizing growth and definition. Each week, you'll build on your progress with varied exercises, rep ranges, and intensity to keep your body challenged and engaged.

 2. Home bubble butt level 2

Duration:4 weeks
Location:At Home
Workouts per week:4 - 5
Youll need:yoga mat, dumbbells, ankle weights, resistance bands, step/chair/sofa
Focus:Curvier hips and bubble butt! if youre aiming for fuller hips and rounder booty, this program is for you.
Take your gains to the next level, feel your glutes muscles through the exercises.
Youll also be training your abs and full body the entire week, main focus: growing glutes
Level:Moderate
Cardio:Medium (max 2 days a week)

 

3. Home Booty Pump + Body Boost Level 1

Duration:6 weeks
Location:At Home
Workouts per week:4 - 5
Youll need:Yoga mat, dumbbells, resistance band, step/sofa/chair.
Focus:

This 6 weeks is your foundation, it is important to build strength to speed up progress in Vol 2 and 3

BOOTY! Ill make sure you get to work through your whole body during the week. Its a booty focused plan, not a booty only plan ;)

Level:Beginner/Moderate.
Cardio:Low

 

4. GYM Booty + Body Boost

Duration:6 weeks
Location:Gym
Workouts per week:4 - 5
Youll need:Fully equipped gym. Smith machine, cable machine, barbells, dumbbells, leg extension, leg curl, bench, booty bands, treadmill, kettlebells, step up board.
Focus:BOOTY! Weight training is an upgrade level of your progress to build more strength and grow a round bubble butt. I will guide you day by day, step by step with suitable exercises to help you effectively build and grow your glutes. You will also be training your whole body during the week. Your journey will be fun, enjoyable and of course making progress
Level:Beginner/Moderate.
Cardio:Low

 

5. Home Full Body Sculpting

Duration:4 weeks
Location:At Home
Workouts per week:4 - 5
Youll need:Yoga mat, dumbbells, resistance bands
Focus:Full Body 
Level:Beginner/Moderate
Cardio:Medium
