You`ll need: yoga mat, equipment is optional

To effectively see changes in 14 days, you need to combine this program with a healthy eating plan:

Calorie deficit OR a half day intermittent fasting (8 hour sleep, 8 hour fast, 5 - 6 hours eating window: 2 main meals and healthy snack)

♨ Main meals: eat normal, enough portion, avoid over eating. Eat less sugar (choose fruits), no artificial sugar.

*** Average and low body weight members: NO NEED to have calorie deficit/fasting because your body has natural fast metabolism. However, trying calorie deficit a few times can help reduce heavy bloated belly from foods and environment stress which give you flat and defined abs lines.

There is no rest day in 14 days, however always listen to your body and rest whenever your muscles are sore.
