To effectively see results in 2 weeks, not only you need commitment but also a body ready to sculpt. Keep in mind results in 2 weeks is a short progress of your life journey, but it might be a kick start to motivate you to your goals. This program is ideal for active fitness enthusiast, intermediate and advanced levels.

The routine is a combination of losing fat, resistance training, and core balance.
For beginners and underweight (weight is too low compare to your height and age), it is advised to start Hourglass Ab Program for beginners or 21 day Flat belly challenge program.

IMPORTANT: if you are a beginner and want to get results fast/calorie deficit, this program is not for you. Training with inadequate muscle strength will lead to exhaustion and injuries. Be recovered for your sessions and consume adequate protein regularly. Get decent sleep and listen to your body

For effective fat loss and weight loss: try half day intermittent fasting, eat healthy meals to nourish your cells and support your workouts. Drink enough plain water during the day to detoxify your body.

Begin with 1 video or do all as your strength levels/schedules. Rest 1 - 2 weeks before you start a new program
