Roasted pork chops with herbs

|2 pieces of pork chops|2 tablespoon cooking oil|1 teaspoon sugar|2 sprigs thyme|2 sprigs rosemary|1 garlic clove, finely minced|1 clove shallot, finely minced|1 slice of lemon|Salt to taste
|Sprinkle the pork chop with salt on both sides |Preheat a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the heated skillet |Add the pork chops and bake around 3 minutes on each side |When the pork chops turn slightly brown color, take them out of the skillet and set aside |In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then add garlic, shallot and sugar. Stir until the mix turn slightly brown |Meanwhile preheat the oven 374 F (190 C) |Sprinkle the garlic and shallot mixed on top of the pork chops, then place fresh rosemary, thymes on the sides. Add the lemon slice on top of the pork|Place the pork plate in the oven and bake around 20 - 25 minutes|You can enjoy the roasted pork with rice and salad or make a fresh sandwich with the meat
