Main ingredients|800 gram Beef for stew|1 Pumpkin, medium size|5 Carrots‰Spices|1 tablespoon all season spices|1 tablespoon curry|1 teaspoon ginger powder|1 teaspoon ground pepper|1 large onion|1 cube of fresh ginger|1 shallot|2 garlic cloves|3 tablespoons olive oil‰Herbs|1 table spoon Coconut oil|2 Rosemary branches|1 large branch of thyme|1 nutmeg (can use powder)|1 bay leaf|2 cinnamon sticks|5 cardamom|2 tablespoon salt to taste
|Chop the beef slices in cubes (around the size of your thumb), marinate the beef with the spices, let the beef bowl sit for 10 min.
Chop the pumpkin and carrots in cubes (around the size of your thumb)
|Heat the pressure cooker in medium heat (you can use normal pan). Add coconut oil, add beef, stir for 3 mins, then add the herbs. Stir for another 2 mins then add the pumpkin and carrot cubes. Stir for another 2 mins.|Add 1 cup of red wine, stir and then add the water till it a little over the beef surface.|Cook for 35 min till the beef becomes soft enough.
Add coriander for decoration
Serve the soup with bread
